Before we begin

The questions worth asking.

AI can bring real opportunity, but choosing the right approach raises practical questions about your people, systems, data and results. Here is how we think about them.

Straight answers

Start with what matters to your business.

These are our approach and principles. The exact scope, controls, delivery and support for your business are agreed for each project.

How do I know where AI could actually make a difference in my business?

We start with the work itself: where time is lost, information gets stuck or opportunities are missed. We look at your people, processes and tools, then define an outcome worth improving. That may point to AI, a better process or a tool you already have.

Is Sequenza about replacing people with AI?

Our focus is helping people do valuable work more effectively, with human oversight where it matters. We discuss how a proposed change could affect tasks and roles with you and the people involved. Staffing decisions remain with your business.

Do I need to know what AI solution I need before speaking to you?

No. Tell us what is getting in the way and what you want to achieve. Diagnose is there to understand the problem before anyone commits to a particular tool or build.

What if we are already using AI?

That gives us a useful starting point. We look at what is working, what is frustrating your team and where existing tools could be used better. A new build should have a clear reason to exist.

Will we need to replace our existing systems—and how disruptive will implementation be?

Not necessarily. We assess the tools and workflows you already have, and check whether any proposed integration is feasible and authorised. The scope, testing, rollout and impact on your team are agreed before implementation.

What if our people are resistant to AI or worried about losing human judgement?

Those concerns belong in the conversation from the start. We involve the people who do the work, define where human review and approval are needed, and plan training and feedback around the solution. Adoption is part of making it useful.

How will we know whether it is actually working?

We agree what a better result would look like before building. Depending on the workflow, that might mean time recovered, fewer missed handoffs, better information or another measure that matters to your business. We test against the agreed measures and review what happens in use.

Is our business data safe when using AI?

We treat data handling as a core part of the design. We agree what information is needed, who can access it, which providers are involved and what must be checked before use. The exact controls depend on your project, so we discuss and verify the actual arrangements with you.

What does working with Sequenza involve—and what happens after launch?

We work through Diagnose, Solve and Build: understand the problem, compare the options and deliver an agreed solution where a build is justified. Testing, training, release and support are defined with you. Continuing maintenance and improvements are available within the scope we agree.

What if we are not ready for AI yet?

We will say so. A clearer process, better data or more time to define the outcome may be the right next step. The aim of the first conversation is to understand what would help your business, even if that is not a new AI build.

Tell us what is on your mind. We can start with the problem, not a technical specification.
