Operate digitally and paperlessly where reasonably practical.
Reuse, recycle and dispose of equipment and materials responsibly.
Consider environmental impact when making purchasing and supplier decisions where practical.
Encourage lower-impact travel and remote collaboration where these are appropriate for the work.
Technology and equipment
We aim to extend the useful life of business equipment where practical and to use appropriate recycling or disposal routes for electronic equipment, batteries and other controlled waste. Confidential or personal data must be securely removed from devices before reuse or disposal.
Where we arrange disposal of business waste, we will use authorised waste services, check carrier registration and retain required transfer or consignment records. At shared premises, we will confirm the agreed arrangements for business waste.
Energy and resources
Use power-saving settings and switch off equipment when it is not required.
Avoid unnecessary printing and favour digital documents and collaboration.
Reduce single-use materials where practical.
Use recycling facilities available at offices, co-working locations and events.
Travel
We support remote meetings where they are effective and encourage public transport, shared travel or other lower-impact options where practical, while recognising that client and operational needs may sometimes require travel.
Continuous improvement
As Sequenza grows, we will keep our environmental impact under review and consider proportionate opportunities to improve resource efficiency and reduce waste.
