Our policies

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Updated 9 October 2026

Sequenza Limited is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive working environment and to treating employees, workers, contractors, applicants, clients, suppliers and partners fairly and with dignity.

Our commitment

We value different experiences, perspectives and ways of thinking. We do not tolerate unlawful discrimination, harassment, bullying or victimisation.

We aim to provide equal opportunity regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation, in line with the Equality Act 2010 and other applicable law.

Where this policy applies

This approach applies to recruitment, pay and benefits, working arrangements, training and development, promotion, performance, conduct, business relationships, events and the way we design and deliver our services.

Recruitment and progression

We aim to make employment and progression decisions on merit, capability and objective criteria relevant to the role.

We seek to use inclusive language and avoid unnecessary barriers in recruitment and selection.

We will make reasonable adjustments where required by law, discussing relevant needs with disabled applicants, employees and workers.

We will not make assumptions about a person’s capability, background or right to work based on appearance, name, nationality or other protected characteristics.

Technology and responsible AI

Because Sequenza works with AI and technology, inclusion also informs how we think about solutions. We recognise that technology can reflect limitations or bias in data, design and implementation. Where relevant to our work, we encourage appropriate human oversight, testing and consideration of the people affected by a solution.

Respect at work

Everyone working with or for Sequenza is expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Unlawful discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, victimisation or retaliation against someone who raises a genuine concern will not be tolerated.

We will take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment and keep our prevention arrangements under review as legal requirements change.

Raising a concern

Concerns should be raised promptly with an appropriate Sequenza director or through info@sequenza.ai. We will aim to handle concerns sensitively, fairly and in accordance with applicable procedures and law.

Review

We will review this policy as the business grows and as legal, operational or workplace requirements change.
